2 outfits with Zaful

Hey guys!

So I´m sure you´ve guessed it by now, but I recently became a little bit obsessed with a brand called Zaful. They have such a massive selection of beautiful clothes for such a small price and I was very interested to see if they are the same in real life, because we all know what shopping online can be like. You find something you love, you order it and once you put it on, it seems like it has been either made for a child or a Barbie doll. Mostly when it comes to these unfortunate shopping experiences, I can be okay with it, but sometimes I do consider going on a water only diet for as long as I will fit into that dress, but let´s not get into that. Let´s get into all the beautiful things I got from Zaful.

Zaful was kind enough to let me choose a few items from their website to then share with you guys, so I picked out a beautiful floral off the shoulder top and a choker detail long sleeved t-shirt. Their customer service has been super helpful and friendly and their whole community seems to be filled with wonderful, supportive women. Love it!

The first top I picked out looks a little something like this. I wore it over a black body con dress for an easy summer day outfit, but it would look lovely paired with so many other things - jeans, skirts, leggings. The material doesn´t seem to be super high quality (which I don´t really expect considering the price tag), but it sewn well and didn´t make me uncomfortable in any way. I would recommend sizing up, the sizes on both items are on the smaller side and thanks to that, the top did rise up to my neck all the time, which made me go a bit mental. I really love the bell sleeves of this and overall, I would say I am happy with this product.

Look at those bell sleeves!

The second top I picked out, I actually liked even more than the first one. As you can see, this is a really simple grey, long sleeved t-shirt with a choker detail. I wouldn´t say I am massively into the choker trend, but since I didn´t own anything like this yet, I decided to give it a go. The material of this one is actually really nice and soft and doesn´t feel cheap at all, it has a zip on the back, which I personally didn´t like that much, but it is practical - the choker part won´t strech out as much. I paired it with a floral skirt from H&M and my trusty pink biker faux leather jacket and I actually really enjoyed this look.

I have since worn it with a black tutu skirt as well, so I can confirm - it is a very versatile piece to have in your wardrobe and for 4,99$ you can´t really go wrong. I would recommend sizing up in this one as well. Overall, I am very pleased with my new items from Zaful and I would recommend them. Their prices are great for trying out fun new styles (and trust me, they have A LOT to choose from) and they have been nothing but super friendly and helpful.

                                                                  Leather jacket - H&M
                                                                  Skirt - H&M, a few years old
Sandals - Mohito, also a few years old
                                                                  Top - Zaful

In baked gelato swirl illuminator beauty highlighter illuminator laura geller make up product review

Laura Geller Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator / Gilded Honey

 Hey guys!
Not gonna lie.. Have taken quite the break from blogging. For no one reason to be honest, life is busy as always, but I´ve sort of just taken a step back to reflect on things and live moments, not document them, as silly as that may sound. It´s my favourite time of year - Summer has just begun, flowers are everywhere, the weather is warmer (let´s just not mention the fact that I am freezing right now and it´s a proper thunderstorm outside my window) and the kiddos can play outside. But I am back with a brand new post on a product I have previously mentioned on my blog - the Laura Geller Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator. I recieved this in a Look Fantastic Beauty Box a few months back now and while I was very smitten by it even when I first recieved it, I had no idea exactly how much I would be reaching for this. Hint: I reach for this a lot and I´ve been using it almost daily.

I have the shade "Gilded Honey", which is just this gorgeous warm toned illuminator. It does have a bit of glitter in it, but nothing overwhelming, which is something that I love about it and it makes you glow to the moon.

Here is a picture of me wearing it and NO, I did not have to cake it on for this look. All it took was one brush stroke and I´m glowing. Could it get any better? Well yes, by caking it on, because in my world, a thing such as too much highlight does not exist.
The wear time of this is quite good too, I recently wore this on a night out and I did my make up about 9-ish.. I stayed out partying (many drinks were included and I don´t know about you, but I always mess my look up while drinking) until about 5 am and when I got home, my highlight was still there. Clearly not perfect anymore, but it was there. This in my mind is already pretty impressive.

The one thing I don´t really like about it, is the packaging. The product itself looks beautiful, like a gelato swirl (duh), but the plastic see-through lid puts me off a little bit. If I would see this in a store next to a better packaged item, I would automatically gravitate towards the other one. But it´s the inside that matters, right!

In cute summer dresses fashion floral skirt maxi skirt style zaful

Floral skirt madness with Zaful

I´ll admit it - I´ve gone a bit floral skirt and cute summer dresses crazy recently. I think the slightly warmer weather we have been getting has been getting to my head most of all. I have spent a good few hours on Zaful website again and I want to share these two amazing items with you.

Zaful wishlist

The striped dress is a steal at just 7,29$ and would look amazing layered over leggings (because let´s be realistic, I live in Estonia). I´m thinking pairing this with denim jackets or even a blazer to dress it up a bit. Such a simple piece, but so versatile! Love it!

And can we just take a second to admire the beauty of this floral skirt? I love that it´s a full maxi skirt with a fun twist - front slit. Everyone who knows me, knows I love a little bit of floral in my life and yellow is a colour I really should wear more. Everytime I wear it, I love how it looks on me, but I just haven´t found too many yellow pieces I like until now.

Have you been eyeing up anything recently? Let me know in the comments!

Zaful Wishlist

 Hey guys!

Long time, no post. I know, I´ve been a little bad, haven´t I. But there is a reason for that - I got a full time job again (boo! All work no play makes Titiyo a dull girl!), but I´ll touch more on that in another post. Today, what I have for all you lovely people, is yet another wishlist.

I was recently contacted by this amazing company called Zaful and while browsing their website, I found so many amazing gems and I can´t wait to share them with you! I am showing you only 2 products, because I am leaving some of the discovering you for you too. I probably spent a good 2 hours on their website, swooning over all the nice things they have.

The first item I picked out was this gorgeous choker detail floral blouse. I imagine this would look so nice in the summer time with a tan. This could easily be paired with just about anything - it´s flowy, yet not too in your face, like a lot of the blouses are right now. I love a good bell sleeve, but sometimes it can be a little bit too much. This is just perfect in my opinion. Sign me up for anything floral, flowy and springy please!

The second item is this long sleeved choker t-shirt. I wouldn´t say I´m obsessed with the choker detail, but somehow both of these items have it. I love basic wardrobe staple pieces like this, this is  a perfect piece for layering. What I also really love about the simplicity of this, is that you can throw together a really simple outfit, this t-shirt, a pair of skinny jeans or a pencil skirt and really play around with accessories - I´m thinking colorful, bright handbags, shoes and massive jewllery.

I hope you guys check ´em out, because I am in love with their website and know for sure, I am going to be placing an order with them real soon!

In algenist anti-ageing beauty egg easter elasticizer haircare highlighter hydra veil illamasqua illuminator laura geller limited edition lookfantastic molton brown philip kingsley skincare talika

Lookfantastic the Beauty Egg Collection / Easter Special

This Easter has been very exciting for me. I´m not going to lie.. it´s all because of this beautiful beauty egg by Lookfantastic. Though it´s no longer available, I still decided to write a review on this, because I´m nosy and love to know what´s inside all of these limited editon boxes, I thought you might too.
Inside you will find 7 cult beauty favourites, worth over 200£ and costing only 60£. Sounds like a good deal. But was it really? Well, let´s see.

The packaging was so cute, I was sold already. Anything gold makes my heart beat a little bit faster.

The products included were :
Filorga Optim-Eyes contour
This s an eye treatment you should use daily to fight puffiness, dark circles and wrinkles. The texture of this feels very nice and lightweight, but when I first applied this, I felt very intense tingling around my eye area, so if you have extremely sensitive skin or you do not like that sensation, then this probably won´t be for you. I have not used this long enough to determine if this really helps with dark circles, but it did leave my eye area feeling moisturized and fresher. Overall, I do personally like this product, but I´m not 100% certain if it´s worth the price tag for me personally. I don´t really have much wrinkles in my eye area and the 15 ml version costs 34€.
From what I read online, Filorga is a brand that mostly focuses on creating anti-ageing products and they do not test on animals, which is something that I highly respect.

Illamasqua Hydra Veil primer
Illamasqua is a brand that I have heard of before, but I have never tried anything from them. I mostly knew them for their bold use of colours and while I do admire that from afar, colours are not something I tend to go for daily in my make-up. I was very excited (and afraid) to try this primer, because.. well.. look at it:

It looks like just gel! It feels like just gel! I had so many questions. How is something this sticky going to help get my skin ready for make-up? I googled this product and the reviews were so mixed, so I decided there is no other way to find out, how and if this works, than to just put it on my face and see what happens. And honestly, this is the best primer I have ever used. The texture of this is so so weird and even a little offputting, but if you get a chance, do try this out. My foundation went on so quickly, smoothly and effortlessly, it stayed put for 10 hours without any touch ups and I could just go on about this so I´ll stop here.

ALGENIST Genius Ultimate Anti-Ageing Cream
As the name suggests, this is an intense anti-ageing cream fueled by bioactive ingredients and promises visible results in 10 days. It contains alguronic acid, plant collagen and microalgae oil to fight wrinkles, dullness, fine lines and loss of elasticity. This is suitable for all skin types, is dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic and non-comedonic. It´s also free of parabens, sulphates and synthetic dyes. All very good things, but how does it actually feel on the skin? Again, I can´t really speak for the anti-ageing effects, because I do have good skin in that sense and it did not cause any rashes, breakouts or nothing like that. It feels extremely nice on the skin. I applied this at 10 pm and over 12 hours later, my skin felt like I had just applied moisturizer - so it does do a very good job nourishing. Texture wise this is an incredibly rich, thick cream, so you don´t need a lot, which is good, since this is on the pricier side. The scent of this is also very nice, a very light, almost sunscreeny, but much nicer and more luxurious.

LAURA GELLER Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator
We all know, I love a good glow. So this was something I was super excited to try out. I have not heard much about Laura Geller previously. Laura Geller is a woman, who started out as a make-up artist and then moved onto creating her own line of make up for real women. She launched her own brand over 20 years ago and everything from her line is cruelty free.
The illuminator itself is very nice. Highly pigmented, I was worried it´s going to be a bit too warm toned for me, but I could make it work for me. I love that this does not have huge chunks of glitter in it, which a lot of highlighters do. I can see this working beautifully on deeper skin tones as well and it would look amazing in the summertime with a tan.

Talika Eyebrow Liposourcils Ink
This is a rather interesting product. Not only is this something to do your brows with (like a regular pencil), but this is a treatment that should make your eyebrows grow. It´s supposed to give you a natural look easily, but sadly, I did not get on with this product too well.
The applicator of this is very strange, it´s almost like a felt tip marker, but the colour comes out very unevenly. It´s way too thick to mimick, how hairs would naturally grow, but not smooth/even enough to just cover up areas that would need covering. And when I swatched this on my hand, I noticed there is A LOT of bleeding.

The colour I got is in the shade "brown". I was worried that this is going to be too reddish for me, but it actually dries down to almost black and the colour change does not happen immedietaly. I´d say it takes a good half an hour to dry down completely and then it started almost crackling off, leaving little crusty bits all over my face. Not a good look. I will continue to try this out on days, where I won´t really have to leave the house much just to see if I notice any growth.

Molton Brown Pink Pepperpod Body Wash
I´m officially an old lady, because I get way too excited for trying out new body washes. The scent of this is very nice, but nothing groundbreaking for me. But I do really love, how this makes my skin feel. I also really like the packaging of this. Something about it just makes it feel a bit fancy. 100 ml size of this was included in the box.

Philip Kingsley Geranium and Neroli Elasticizer
Again, a very interesting product for me. This is a hair treatment that you put on before shampooing your hair and you leave it on for 20 minutes, or overnight if you have very damaged hair. I have very damaged hair, but one of the reasons, why my hair is as damaged as it is, is because I am too lazy to deal with the damage, so I left it on for about 15-20 minutes. I´ll be honest, the package of this looks so gorgeous and the scent was just to die for, so I already thought that this is a bit too nice to be true and didn´t really expect much from this, but my hair felt so much nicer afterwards. Not as frizzy, much softer and the smell! It lasted even through shampooing! Love, love, love this.

Well loves, I guess this is it for todays post. I hope you enjoyed it! Are you going to be trying out any of these products? X

In beauty blogger favourites juvia´s place l´oreal mascara miss manga monthly favourites nubian eyeshadow palette polaar serum skin chemists skincare the ordinary tint-in-balm ysl

March Favourites

Hey guys!

The first month of Spring is over and even though it´s still not properly warm in Estonia (we had snow less than a week ago. Crazy!), my thoughts are already in bright and pastel colours! Nothing makes me happier than seeing the first flowers, sunshine and my thermometer show anything more than 0 degrees! Nothing.. besides these products over here. This month I re-discovered some old favourites and found some new ones as well.

L´oreal Miss Manga mascara
This is an old favourite of mine, that I had completely forgotten about. A little while ago I was browsing my local department stores beauty section and saw this was on sale and I had no excuse to not snap it up. This is a really good dupe for the YSL mascara I am always raving about. It is very volumizing, but does a great job on lengthening at the same time. A little bit clumpy, but just the way I like it. Do check it out if you haven´t already!

YSL Volupté Tint-In-Balm
I did an entire review of this on my blog a little while ago. This is the only recent beauty launch that got me really excited and ever since I got it, I have used this so much. I have read so many reviews on this, some love it, some think it´s not worth the money, but I cannot get enough of this. I love the sweet, fruity scent that most YSL lip products have, I love that it is really moisturizing (duh, it´s a balm!) and I love the sheer, hint of colour it leaves on your lips. The packaging is on point, as always and the little lip shape in the middle is just so cute!

Polaar Icymagic Instant Eye Contour Multi Energiser
I recieved this in my Look Fantastic February beauty box and while I did like it straight from the beginning, I grew to absolutely adore this product. It promises to reduce puffiness and dark circles. It has a really nice roll-on packaging, is enriched with Siberian gingseng and feels oh-so-good! It really does help you wake up in the morning and I use it in the afternoon, when I´m feeling really sleepy for a little "instant kick".

Nubian Eyeshadow Palette by Juvia´s Place
I love a good eyeshadow palette and this has been my most recent favourite. The shadows are gorgeously pigmented, easy to blend and the mattes are rather good as well, which is pretty hard to come across. The palette includes 4 matte shades and 8 shimmers. All the shades go really well with each other and you can create a more laid back daytime look, but also a more dramatic night time look. These shades are mostly very warm, so if you prefer cooler shades, this won´t be for you.

The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors +HA
Everyone keeps talking about this brand, so sorry for being repetitive, but ever since I recieved this product in my February Look Fantastic beauty box, I have been reaching for it almost daily. This is such a nice lightweight moisturizer that really gets the job done without feeling heavy or sticky on the skin. This doesn´t really have a smell to it, which is nice, because that means it has a bigger chance of suiting people with sensitive skin. The prices of these products are just unbeatable as well. Highly recommend this brand.

Skin Chemists Aqua Repair Facial Serum
This is another product I discovered from the Look Fantastic beauty box, so as you can tell, I am very happy with my subscription so far. I have been obsessed with this serum! This one is scented pretty strongly though, but since I am in love with the smell of this, it doesn´t bother me. It makes my skin feel refreshed and hydrated. Love it!

In cream l´oreal laser renew moisturizing review revitalift skincare

L´oreal Revitalift Laser Renew Day Cream

Hey guys!

Today, I will be sharing my thoughts on the new L´oreal Revitalift Laser Renew Day Cream. It promises to help plumpen up your skin and smooth out wrinkles all while leaving your skin moisturized , yet not greasy. It contains glycan (in a 6 month study proved to help reduce wrinkles), lipohydroxy acid(exfoliating ingredient) and hyaloronic acid (moisturizing ingredient). The targeted age group ranges from 30-50+.

L´oreal very kindly sent me the discover sized product (they did not ask me to write this post!) and even though I am 20 and don´t really have much wrinkles, I do enjoy a highly moisturizing cream that would not feel tacky, so I was very excited to try this out.

The texture of this is very nice. It´s not heavy, feels really smooth and refreshing on the skin and what I love the most, it sinks in very quickly. The only odd thing is that it leaves a bit of a visible trace of the product. I have no idea, how to explain this, but a little bit of the product creates almost like an illusion of dry, peeling skin. But honestly, this does not bother me that much, because it happens rather quickly and then I just go over my face with a clean, dry tissue paper and wipe it off.

My skin has been feeling a lot more moisturized after I started using this, so I would surely recommend this if you´re on the market for a good moisturizing, lightweight cream.

Have you recently tried any new products that you´ve loved? Let me know in the comments. X
